Our place is over on C G Road in Ahmedabad. We are at 408/5 Nirant, right across from those Lal Bungalows. It's a busy part of town but we like being here. Nishita Realinfra Private Limited has been around this area for a bit now. Arvindkumar Dhanjibhai Chokshi is the name on the care-of line for the address. Most days it’s just us doing our usual work related to local infrastructure and real estate projects around Gujarat. The office is easy to find if you know where the bungalows are. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to folks about building things. It gets quite loud outside with all the traffic on the main road but inside we just focus on whatever project is on the desk that day. Sometimes we have to go out to different sites but usually, someone is at the office handling the paperwork. It’s not a fancy corporate setup, just a regular space where we get things done. People stop by often to ask about various land bits or new structures going up. We have been working from this Ahmedabad spot for a while. It’s a practical location for us. We just try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. Gujarat is growing fast and we see a lot of it from this office. There’s always another plan to check or a meeting to attend regarding the infra work we do here.
