Our office is up on the third floor of Samprat II, right in the Bodakdev area. If you know where Manali Tower is or the Rajpath Raw Houses, Nirvighna Infra Developers & Hospitality Llp is just across from there. It's a busy part of town but we like it. We do a mix of things here, mostly infrastructure work and some hospitality stuff. It sounds like a lot, but we just take it one day at a time. The office is usually full of maps and blueprints scattered around. We spend a good amount of our time on the phone or meeting with people about different development sites. It’s not a huge place, just a decent workspace where we can focus. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks and we have to go downstairs for a break, but we make do. We’ve been at this address for a bit now. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Some days are slow and some days we’re staying late to finish up reports or talk to contractors. Bodakdev is a good location for us because it’s central to a lot of the work we do. We just try to keep things organized and get the projects finished. It's practical work. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just show up, do the work, and go home.
