Nirogyam ICU & Multispeciality Hospital is up on the 4th floor of Spandan Heights. We are located near Ratnam Status and just behind the Fun Point Club in Sola. Sola has grown a lot lately, so there are always new buildings going up around us. Being on the fourth floor means we have a bit of a view of the street, but mostly we are looking at monitors and patient files. The ICU part of the job means things can get pretty serious quickly, so the staff stays alert. It is an LLP setup, so we all kind of pitch in with the daily chores. We have a mix of regular hospital beds and the specialized units. It is not a flashy place with a big lobby. It is more about the medical equipment and making sure the doctors have what they need. People usually find us by looking for Fun Point Club first because that is the place everyone knows. The parking can be a bit of a hassle in this part of Sola, but people manage. We spend a lot of time in the breakroom drinking tea when there is a quiet moment. It is a lot of responsibility keeping a multispeciality place going. We just come in, do our shifts, and go home like everyone else. There is no big secret to how we run things, just hard work and keeping the rooms clean for the next person who needs them.
