Our office for NEMINATH INFRABUILD LLP is located in the Saumya Building, right in the heart of Navrangpura. We are up on the fourth floor in suite B-404. Navrangpura is one of those areas in Ahmedabad where something is always happening, and we like being in the middle of it. We are a small outfit that focuses on infrastructure and building work. Most of our time is spent looking at land, talking to engineers, and trying to make sure our projects are moving forward. We don't have a fancy lobby or a bunch of secretaries. It’s a working office where we actually get things done. We’ve all been in the building trade for a while now, so we know the local regulations and the best places to get materials. Sometimes the work is stressful, especially when the monsoon hits and everything slows down, but we manage. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to build solid things that people can use. It’s a practical business. We value being honest with our workers and our clients. If you come by the office, you’ll probably find us huddled over a table looking at site plans or on the phone with a contractor. It is just the way we work—no frills, just steady progress on whatever we have committed to build. Being in Ahmedabad gives us plenty of opportunities to stay busy. Navrangpura is a good place because we are close to everything.
