Our place is located at 201, Sovenir Flat on Saflay Park Lane in the Gotri area of Vadodara. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it stays fairly calm most of the time compared to the city center. We operate out of this flat which we’ve set up for our pharmaceutical business. It’s a bit different from a warehouse or a big office building, but it works for us. We spend our days coordinating orders and talking to distributors on the phone. The lane outside is usually filled with trees and some parked cars. It’s a nice enough place to spend the day working. We are a small group, so we end up doing a little bit of everything. One day I might be doing the accounts and the next day I’m helping pack up some samples. We don't have any big mission statements or anything like that written on the walls. We just want to get through our list of tasks and make sure our clients are getting what they asked for. Vadodara is growing fast, and Gotri has changed a lot since we first got here. There are more shops and flats now. We usually take a break in the afternoon when it gets really hot. The work isn't too complicated, but it requires us to be careful with the details. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized in our small office space.
