We are over in the Sabarmati area of Ahmedabad. Our office is at 17, Shivashish Society, near D-Cabin. It is more of a residential-turned-business spot, so it feels a bit more quiet than the big industrial zones in other parts of town. We have been at this address for a while now. It is just a simple room where we handle everything for Narcissist Fashion. Being near D-Cabin means the trains are often passing by, and you get used to the sound of the tracks after a few days. We do not have a big staff, just a few of us doing the packing and all the paperwork. It is a very relaxed environment compared to the big city offices. Sometimes we sit outside for a tea break when the weather is nice enough. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We just like making clothes and selling them to people who want them. The society is friendly, and everyone knows each other by sight. Most of our day is spent answering emails or checking on the latest designs we have in mind. It is not always perfectly organized, and there are often boxes stacked in the corners, but we know where everything is. It is a very personal way to run a business. We don't have any fancy mission statements; we just want to get through the day's work and do a decent job of it.
