We've been operating Miteswaribuildcon Engineering Private Limited from our spot here at 168, Ram Krishnanagar for a while now. If you know the area, we're right near the Lal Bunglow and just behind the Forest Colony. It’s a busy little corner of town, but it works for us. We handle a lot of engineering and building work, mostly local stuff that keeps the team moving from one site to the next. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate or supplies show up late. That's just how the construction business goes though. We aren't a massive corporation with fancy offices or anything. It's just a group of us trying to get the job done right. Most of the guys have been with us for years, so we know how each other works without having to say much. We spend most of our time out on-site rather than sitting behind desks. Usually, you'll find someone at the office near the forest colony if you need to drop off paperwork or talk through a plan. We try to keep things straightforward and don't see the point in making things more complicated than they need to be. It’s hard work, but seeing a project actually take shape makes the long hours worth it. We just focus on the task at hand and move on to the next one when we're finished. That's pretty much who we are.
