Mishika Buildcon LLP is based over in Thaltej, right on Sindhu Bhavan Road which is always buzzing with people these days. Our office is C-206 in the Elanza Crest building, which sits near Sigma House. If you’ve been around this part of Ahmedabad lately, you know how much it has grown. We’ve got a decent little spot on the second floor where we manage all the buildcon stuff. It’s not a huge office, just a few desks and some chairs for when people drop by to talk about their projects. We keep a lot of blueprints and folders tucked away in the cabinets because things can get messy pretty fast if we don't. The road outside is where all the action is, with new cafes and shops opening up every week. It makes grabbing lunch easy, though we usually just bring something from home. The morning routine is pretty standard, getting the computers started and checking on the site reports that came in overnight. We aren't big on fancy decorations or anything like that; the walls are mostly plain except for a calendar and a few notes pinned up. It’s a practical place for practical work. Sometimes the building gets a bit noisy with all the other businesses around, but we’re used to it by now. We just focus on what needs to be done for our projects in the city and try to stay ahead of the paperwork that always seems to pile up on the desks.
