Our office is tucked away in the Thaltej Times Square Arcade, right on the Thaltej Shilaj Road. We are near Ravija Plaza and just across from Ram Baug. It is a busy part of Thaltej, and there is always something happening outside. The arcade itself has a lot of energy. We have set up our workspace here to be functional above everything else. It is not about having the newest furniture or a sleek look. We have our drawing boards, our computers, and plenty of space for the files that seem to multiply every week. Most days, we are just heads down, working through the logistics of whatever project is currently on the table. The view outside is not much, just the road and the other shops, but it keeps us connected to the neighborhood. We like being near Ram Baug because it is an easy landmark for people to use when they are looking for us. Sometimes we grab a quick snack from the vendors nearby when things get hectic. It is a very grounded way of working. We are not interested in the corporate ladder. We just want to make sure the jobs we take on are handled right. It is about being present and putting in the effort every single day. That is what life is like for us here at Minolt Buildcon in the arcade. We just keep plugging away until the sun goes down.
