Our place is at GF-52 in Nirmit Square. If you know the Odhav Ring Road Circle, we are right by the Girnar Scooter Compound. It’s a pretty industrial area of Ahmedabad. MENTOR INDUSTRIES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is what we call ourselves on paper. Most days it’s just us handling the day-to-day tasks that come with running an industrial business. The shop floor gets loud, and the office is right there in the middle of it. We deal with a lot of local suppliers and people from around the neighborhood. It’s a bit dusty because of all the traffic on the ring road, but you get used to it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the orders go out on time and the quality is okay. Sometimes we stay late when a shipment is behind. There’s a small tea stall nearby where we go when we need a break from the noise. It’s a practical way of working. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations in the office. It’s mostly just tools, paperwork, and people trying to get through their shift. We’ve been in Odhav for a while now. The people around here are hardworking. We fit right in with that. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. That is basically the story of this place. We are just regular people making things happen.
