Maxotech Exim is located near Narol Char Rasta in Ahmedabad. We are over at Sarovar Avenue, Block-A, specifically at Survey Number 254. Being near the SBI branch makes it easy for people to find us. Narol is a very industrial part of town, so it's always noisy with trucks and machinery. We deal with import and export stuff. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It's functional. We have desks, chairs, and a lot of files. We spend a lot of time on the phone with customs and shipping agents. It can be stressful when things get delayed at the port, but we deal with it. We don't have a big marketing budget or a shiny reception area. Usually, you’ll just find us drinking tea and checking the latest price lists. We’ve been here for several years now. The neighborhood is full of similar businesses, so we all know each other. We prefer keeping things straightforward. If there’s a problem with a shipment, we just call up the client and explain what's happening. No corporate jargon. It’s just regular people trying to run a trading business. The heat in Narol can be tough in the summer, but we've got a couple of good fans going. We just keep at it. It’s not glamorous, but it is what we do every day without fail.
