We are located in Block A of Sumel Business Park-6. The office numbers are 413 and 414. It is right near Dudheshwar Road here in Ahmedabad. Maniratnammaniratnam Buildcon Llp is the name we go by, though it’s a bit of a mouthful sometimes. Being in a big business park means there is always something going on. We share the floor with a few other companies, but we mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the building projects we have going. The Dudheshwar area is quite central, so it makes it easy for us to get to different sites around the city. We have a couple of rooms where we keep all our plans and documents. It isn't the most quiet place because of the traffic on the main road, but we've gotten used to it over the years. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves and build things that last. There are no fancy lounges or anything like that in our office. Just some sturdy tables and enough coffee to keep us going through the afternoon. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to suppliers on the phone.
