MANIRATNAM INFRA-PROJECTS LLP

Our office is located in Block A of Sumel Business Park 6. We have units 409 to 414, which gives us a decent amount of room for the whole team. It’s near Dudheshwar Road in Ahmedabad, which is a busy area with lots of other businesses. Maniratnam Infra-Projects is an LLP, and we spend most of our time focused on building and infrastructure tasks. Ahmedabad is a city that’s constantly under construction, so there’s always something new to look at. We like the energy of the business park, even if it gets a bit crowded at times. Our workspace is pretty basic. We have long tables for looking at site plans and plenty of shelf space for all the files we accumulate. It’s not a high-end corporate suite with glass partitions. It’s more of a place where we drink a lot of tea and try to figure out how to solve the latest project hurdle. We are just a bunch of regular people who know how to get things built. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, and other times we might be out in the field all day. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just do it. Being in the 380004 area code keeps us close to the heart of the city's growth. We’re just happy to be a part of the local scene.
