We are Mango Filaments Private Limited and you can find us at unit 7004 in the World Trade Centre on Ring Road. If you know Surat, you know that Ring Road is basically the center of the world for textiles. It’s always crowded and there’s a lot of noise from the street, but being up on the 70th floor means it’s a lot quieter for us. We deal with filaments, which is a big part of what makes this city run. Our office is pretty straightforward. We have some desks, a few computers, and samples of different filaments scattered around. We don't really go for that polished corporate look. It’s more of a practical workspace where we can focus on our calls and our ledgers. We have a small team and we’ve all been in this business for a long time. There’s no big secret to how we work; we just try to be consistent with what we do every day. Some days are stressful when the markets are moving fast, but that’s just how it goes on Ring Road. We don't have any big brochures or fancy speeches about our goals. We just want to make sure the business stays steady and our customers are satisfied with what we provide. It’s a lot of coordination and phone work, but it’s what we’re good at. We’ve been at this address for a good while now and we don't see ourselves leaving anytime soon.
