Mangalagauri Developers Llp is located right in the heart of New Vadaj. If you know the Motovas area, specifically around house 596, that is where we operate from. It is a very local setup. We don't have a big glass building or a receptionist in a suit. It is mostly just us sitting around a desk covered in site maps and local permits. Ahmedabad is a big place, but we really focus on the neighborhoods we know best, like 380013. We started this because we saw how much New Vadaj was changing and wanted to be a part of the construction side of things. It is messy work sometimes. You get dust on your shoes and you spend a lot of time waiting for trucks to arrive. We don't mind it. It’s part of the trade. We aren't trying to be the biggest developers in Gujarat. We just want to finish the projects we start and make sure they stay standing for a long time. People around here know us by name, which is how we like it. We usually have a pot of tea going and some old maps pinned to the wall. It’s a simple life. We talk to the laborers, we talk to the suppliers, and we try to keep the costs from spiraling. It's just a regular local business doing its thing every day. We aren't about big promises, just brick and mortar. There is always something to fix or plan.
