Our office is right on CG Road in Ahmedabad, which is a pretty famous spot if you live in the city. We are in the 24 Carate Building, specifically on the third floor in unit TF/302. It’s a good location because it is right opposite the Samartheshwar Mahadev temple. We often hear the temple bells in the mornings and evenings, which is a nice way to mark the time while we are working. CG Road is always busy with shoppers and office workers, so there is never a dull moment. Our space is functional and designed for the work we do with jewels. We aren't much for flashy displays; we mostly keep things organized in the back. The building has a lot of other businesses too, so the lift is usually busy. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit, but the temple across the street stays the same. Most of our day is spent at the benches or talking on the phone. We don't follow a strict corporate manual or anything like that. We just handle the jewellery business the way we were taught. It’s a practical setup where we can focus on the pieces we are handling. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit much, but once you are inside the office, it’s just us and the work. It’s a solid place to be for a jewellery company.
