Malhar Procon Llp

Malhar Procon Llp is based in a bungalow rather than a typical office tower. We are at number 04, Preyas Bunglow, which is in the Vastrapur area of Ahmedabad. It’s right near Patel Park, so we get to see a bit of greenery every day. Working out of a bungalow feels a lot more personal than being in a high-rise. There’s a small gate out front and a bit of space where we park our scooters. The interior has been converted to fit our desks and equipment, but it still has that homey structure. Vastrapur is a nice part of town, though it can get quite crowded in the evenings when people go to the park or the mall nearby. We like the quiet of the morning before the traffic picks up. Inside, things are usually a bit cluttered with documents and plans, but we know where everything is. We spend our time here coordinating things and making sure our records are up to date. It’s a simple life. We don’t have a marketing team or a fancy lobby. If someone stops by, they usually just find us at our desks working. It’s a practical way to run things, and it suits the way we like to work. Ahmedabad is a place where small businesses like ours just blend into the neighborhood, and that’s fine with us. We usually drink a lot of tea while we go through the files and handle the afternoon phone calls.
