Madhav Lab Grown Diamond Private Limited

We spend most of our time here at Nutan Estate on Vastadevi Road. It’s a busy spot near the sub station. Our space covers the ground floor and the mezzanine, so there’s a lot of climbing up and down stairs throughout the day. We focus on lab grown diamonds. It’s different from the old way of doing things, but the work is still steady and keeps us on our toes. The street outside, Street Number 402/1/2, is usually pretty crowded with people coming and going. Sometimes it gets loud with the traffic, but you get used to it after a while. We’ve been at this location for a bit now, working out of Plot 3 and 4A. It isn't a fancy office with big glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical workplace where we get the job done. We have our equipment set up and the staff knows the routine. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless it rains hard and the roads get messy. We just handle the daily tasks, check the stones, and manage the paperwork from the mezzanine level. It’s a lot of looking at small things under lights. People stop by sometimes to ask directions or see what we are doing. We just tell them we're working with diamonds and keep at it. It’s a living, and we try to do it right without making a big fuss about things. That's just how it is here. Most days end with us making sure everything is locked up tight before we head home.
