Maaji Tex-Trade Private Limited

Maaji Tex-Trade is located in the Safal Pegasus building, specifically in office B 301. We are right across from the Shell petrol pump in the Prahladnagar area of Ahmedabad. It is a pretty modern and busy part of the city, so it is quite easy for people to find where we are. We mostly deal with the trading side of the textile world, acting as a middleman for various goods. The office is usually a bit messy with fabric swatches and folders piled up on the desks. We try our best to keep it organized, but when things get busy with orders, that is usually the first thing to go. There are about five of us working here on most days. We spend a lot of time on the phone with various mills and buyers, trying to get the right price and checking on the quality of the batches. It is a lot of back and forth. Prahladnagar is a good place to be because there are plenty of spots to grab a quick lunch or a tea when we need a break from the computer screens. We do not have any big corporate goals or mission statements pinned to the wall. We just want to do good business and keep things moving. Some days are good and some days a deal falls through, but that is just part of trading. It is a regular office for regular people.
