If you walk around Vejalpur, specifically near Sukriti Garden, you will find us at Shop No. 5. It’s right near the Ambedker Banglow and Super Society. Lexen Realtors Llp is a local operation. We don’t have a big corporate office; it’s just this shop front where we handle our property deals. Most of the people who come in are from the neighborhood or nearby societies. We spend our mornings checking listings and taking phone calls about different rentals or sales. The area around here is quite lived-in, so there is always something going on with the houses. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the shop when a few families come in at once to discuss a deal. We have a couple of plastic chairs for visitors and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We know these streets in Ahmedabad quite well because we are out in them every day. It’s a practical way to run a business. We don't use a lot of fancy words or marketing talk to describe what we do. We just help people find a place to stay or sell their old one when they are ready to move. Being near the Super Society helps because people know the landmark. The shop is small but it has everything we need to keep the records straight. We usually close up when it gets dark and the street lights come on. It is a straightforward job and we like being part of the local community here in Vejalpur. It’s just us doing our thing.
