Lazarus Infrastructure Development Private Limited is situated out in Sanand, which is a bit of a drive from the main part of Ahmedabad. We are located on several plots of land, specifically 36, 38 to 41, and parts of 42 and 43 in Mauje Naranpura. It is a big area because we need the space for our infrastructure projects. We have been here for some time now, and we have seen Sanand grow into a major industrial hub. Our office is more like a functional hub where we coordinate all our development activities. It is not very polished, and you will probably see some mud on the floor from people coming in from the sites. We handle the heavy lifting of infrastructure work, which involves a lot of planning and dealing with local regulations. Being a private limited company, we have a set way of doing things, but we are not very formal about it. We just talk like normal people and get the job done. The weather in Sanand can get really hot, which makes the site work tough, but we manage. We do not have a mission statement or any of that stuff. We just focus on building things that last. Most of our crew is from the local area, and we like that we are contributing to the growth of Ahmedabad and Sanand. It is regular work, and we are just glad to be a part of the local industry here in Gujarat.
