Lazarous Business Park Private Limited

We are based out in Chharodi, which is part of the Sanand area. Our site covers a few different plots, from 36 through 43, though it is mostly just open land and some basic structures right now. It is a bit of a drive to get out here to Naranpura, but that is where the space is available. We spend a lot of time walking around the perimeter and checking on the fences. It is quiet mostly, except for the construction noise from the plots nearby. Lazarous Business Park is what we call it, but for now, it is just where we spend our mornings dealing with the heat and the dust. There is not much shade out here yet. We have a small cabin where we keep the site plans and some basic tools for the day. Sometimes the phone reception is a bit spotty because of the location. We deal with a lot of local workers and contractors coming in and out of the gate. It is a lot of logistics, trying to figure out where things go and when the next delivery is coming. The ground is pretty uneven in places. We have had to do a lot of leveling lately. It is hard work and the sun is pretty brutal in the afternoon. We mostly just focus on getting the physical parts of the site ready. It is not like those big city offices. It is just dirt, bricks, and planning out here. It is a long process to get anything built in this part of Ta-Sanand.
