Our office is at B/9 in Dharti Nagar. It is right opposite the Chandkheda railway station, so we hear the trains going by all day long while we work. Tragad Road is usually crowded with people commuting, but it makes it easy for our staff to get here on time. We are on the ground floor. It’s a simple setup for Lampsi Pharmaceuticals. We have some shelves lined with medicine samples and a few old computers for the billing and records. It’s not the kind of place with a lobby or fancy coffee machines. We just have a small kitchen area in the back where we make tea twice a day for everyone. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and shops, so it feels very local and friendly. Sometimes customers come in looking for specific items, and we help them find what they need in the ledger. We don't have a website with flashy photos or anything like that. It's just a regular workplace in Ahemdabad. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the work gets done anyway. We focus on the inventory and making sure the distribution side of things stays on track. Most of us have lived in this part of Gujarat for years. We know the local distributors and the transporters by name. It’s a small team here. We don't have long meetings or big presentations. We just look at the orders and start packing.
