You can find us at 103/104 in the Shantanu Complex. We are right there in Sardar Patel Nagar, which is in the Ellisbridge area of Ahmedabad. Lamaya Reality Private Limited has been operating from this spot for a bit. Ellisbridge is one of those parts of the city that has a lot of history but is also very busy now. Our office in the complex is where we keep all the records and meet with people who are looking for real estate help. It’s a pretty standard workspace. We have desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of maps of the local area. Dealing with property in Ahmedabad means you spend a lot of time in the car or on a scooter moving between different parts of town. We see a lot of different people every day. Some are looking for a small place, others want something bigger. We don't try to push anyone into anything. We just show what is available and let them decide. The Shantanu Complex can get quite crowded in the afternoons, especially with parking, but it’s a central spot that works for us. We aren't into fancy presentations. We just give honest answers about the houses and land we know about. It’s hard work sometimes, especially when the monsoon rains make the roads messy, but we keep at it. That is basically who we are and what we do here. It’s just us, working through the daily pile of paperwork.
