Lakheta Textiles Private Limited is located in Naroda, right in the Maruti Industrial Estate. We’re in the Vijay Mill Compound, unit B/127 on the first floor. It’s directly opposite the fire station, which is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. Being in an industrial estate means it's always loud and there’s always something happening with the neighbors. We’ve got machines and fabric and people moving around most of the day. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit and tie to work. Most of us are in old clothes because things get messy and dusty. We work with textiles, so there’s always lint and thread on the floor no matter how much we sweep up at the end of the shift. It’s a honest living, and we’ve been at it for some time now. We don't have any fancy brochures or a PR team to tell our story. It’s just us and the work. The building is older, but it holds up well enough for what we do. Some days are better than others, depending on how the machines are behaving or if the power stays on. We just try to keep our heads down and get the orders out on time. Naroda is a tough place to work sometimes, but it’s where we belong. We’re just a small part of the big textile world here in Gujarat.
