Our office is up on the sixth floor of the Venus Amadeus building. We are in office 609, right at the busy Jodhpur Cross Road in Ahmedabad. If you know that intersection, you know how hectic it gets with the traffic and the shops. Being on the sixth floor is good because it gets us away from the street noise a bit. We spend a lot of our time here looking at blueprints and talking to contractors. The office has a lot of natural light because of the big windows. We have a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of folders. Jodhpur Cross Road is a great area for food, so we often go out for a quick bite during lunch. The building itself is pretty modern, but our office feels like a typical workspace where people are actually working. There is usually a lot of chatter about different project deadlines. We don't have any corporate slogans on the walls. It’s just us trying to keep things running smoothly. Getting to the office can be a challenge during rush hour, but once we are up in 609, we just settle in and get to it. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards know us by name. It’s a busy life, but we like being in the middle of the city. We even have a small plant by the window that somehow survives without much water.
