Kumar Build Care Private Limited

We are located at H202 in the Silver Gardeniya building. It’s right opposite Manan Auto on the S.G. Highway in Gota. Kumar Build Care Private Limited has been operating from this apartment-style office for some time now. Being on the S.G. Highway is very convenient because it connects us to almost everywhere else in the city quickly. The traffic can be a bit much during rush hour, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of cars in the background. Our office is a bit small, but it’s got enough room for our desks and all the equipment we need. We don't have a big reception desk or a waiting room. People just come in and we sit down to talk at whichever table is free. It’s a very informal way of doing things, but it works for us. We focus on the build care side of things, which keeps us pretty busy throughout the week. Sometimes we’re out on sites, and other times we’re here in Gota catching up on emails. Silver Gardeniya is a nice complex and easy for visitors to spot once they see the auto shop across the road. This location is practical for us. It’s not about looking fancy; it’s about having a reliable base where we can put in a good day's work and keep things moving forward. We usually have the radio playing quietly in the background while we sort through the latest reports.
