Krisil Pharmaceuticals is tucked away in the Narnarayan Estate. If you know where the Asian Paint factory is in Aslali, we are right near that. It’s a busy part of Ahmedabad with plenty of transport movement day and night. Our unit is at numbers 4 and 5. It’s mostly just a warehouse and a small office space where we handle the daily paperwork. We deal with various pharmaceutical products and spend most of our mornings unloading deliveries from the trucks. The estate gets a bit dusty because of all the construction and vehicles, but it’s a good location for getting things out to the highway quickly. We don't have any shiny signs or receptionists sitting at the front. Usually, you just walk in and see one of us at a desk or moving boxes around the floor. The heat in Aslali can be tough in the summer months, but we have some old coolers that do the job well enough. It’s a straightforward business. We don’t try to sound like a big multinational company because we aren't that. We are just a group of people working in the pharma sector in Ahmedabad. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out and get back to the tasks. We’ve got a routine that works for us. Most of our day is spent talking to suppliers or checking the expiry dates on the stock we have. It’s honest work.
