Kreema Bakers Private Limited

We are Kreema Bakers Private Limited, located over in the village of Changodar, Sanand. Specifically, we're at Plot No 05B, which is right behind the JK Industrial Shed. Pankajbhai B Patel is the one who keeps things running here. It’s very much an industrial area. Not many people just wander in unless they are looking for us specifically. The roads around here can be a bit rough, especially after it rains and everything gets muddy. We spend most of our time inside the shed. It’s a big space but we’ve managed to fill it up with all our baking equipment. Baking at this kind of scale means we have to stay very organized. It’s a lot of heavy lifting, mostly sacks of flour and sugar. We aren't fancy people. We wear our work clothes and get our hands dirty every single day. Changodar is growing quite fast, so there’s always something new being built nearby. We’ve seen the whole area change quite a bit since we first started. It’s a long commute for some of us, but we make it work because we have to. We start very early, usually before the sun is really up. The smell of the bakery hits you as soon as you turn the corner toward the shed. It's not a glamorous life, but it’s our life and we're used to it. We just focus on getting the orders out on time for our customers.
