We are KPT DEVELOPERS LLP, and you can find us at A 1701 in the Privilion building. We’re right behind the Iscon Temple on Ambli Bopal Road, just off the S.G. highway. Being up on the 17th floor gives us a pretty good view of the traffic moving along the highway, which is always a sight to see in Ahmedabad. The office is modern enough, but we don’t let it get to our heads. We still have papers flying around when the AC is too high and people talking over each other to get things done. It’s a busy place because we are always looking at new projects and talking to different people about development. We don't have a script for how we talk to people. We just tell it like it is. Sometimes a project goes smooth and sometimes it’s a real headache with the weather or the supplies. We don't pretend that everything is perfect all the time. Our team is a mix of people who have been in this business for a long time and some younger folks who are still learning the ropes. We usually have lunch together and talk about anything other than work for a bit. It’s a normal office with normal people. We just happen to spend our time figuring out how to build things in this growing part of the city. It’s hard work, but we enjoy the process of seeing a new structure take shape against the skyline.
