Konic Infraspace Llp

Konic Infraspace Llp is based out of the Times Square Arcade on the Thaltej-Shilaj Road. If you know the area, we are right across from Rambaug and pretty close to Ravija Plaza. It's a busy part of Ahmedabad, and there is always something going on outside our windows. We chose this spot because it's easy for people to get to. The office itself is pretty straightforward. We have some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and a lot of paper. Most of our day is spent dealing with the logistics of our building projects. We don't have a marketing team or a bunch of people in suits. It’s more about getting the actual work done on the ground. We deal with architects, contractors, and everyone in between. Sometimes it gets stressful when deadlines are close, but that’s just part of the job. We like being in Thaltej because it’s a growing area and it feels like we are right in the thick of things. People often stop by just to ask about what we are working on next. We don't have a big prepared speech for them. We just tell them what’s happening. It’s a small operation, really. We focus on our current projects and try to make sure everything stays on track. That’s about all there is to it. We just show up and do the work every day.
