K.N.J. Realty Llp is based out in Bopal, specifically at number 83 in Basant Bahar. This part of Ahmedabad, the 380058 area, has changed a lot since we first set up here. Our office is basically just a place where we keep our files and meet people to talk about real estate. Basant Bahar is a familiar spot for anyone who lives in the Bopal neighborhood. We don’t have any fancy signs or big flashing lights. It is just a regular office where we handle the day-to-day reality of property deals. The desk is usually covered in notes and old maps of the local area. We spend a lot of time driving around to look at different sites, so the office is often empty for a few hours in the middle of the day. Ahmedabad is a big city and it keeps growing, so there is always some new project happening nearby. We try to keep up with it all, but it is a lot of information to manage. Sometimes we just sit and have a coffee while we wait for a client to show up. The weather here can get really hot, so we are grateful for the shade in Basant Bahar. It is a practical business and we don’t try to make it sound like anything more than it is. Just local property work for the folks around here. We just show up every morning and get through the pile of paperwork on the desk.
