You can find us at 214 Vraj Arcade. It’s near Hanspura Village, right on the edge of the city. Being part of the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation area means things are always growing around here. Karnavati Properties Private Limited is just a small team of us working out of this unit. We don't spend much on advertising or fancy signs. Most people hear about us through word of mouth or just by seeing our office in the arcade. It’s a basic setup. We have some desks, a couple of filing cabinets, and a lot of maps of the local area. Working in property means we’re out of the office a lot, checking on sites or meeting people. When we are here, we’re usually buried in paperwork. Hanspura has changed a lot lately, and we’ve seen new buildings going up everywhere. It keeps us busy. We don’t really do the whole corporate pitch thing. We just tell people what’s available and let them decide. It’s a lot more honest that way. Sometimes the elevator in Vraj Arcade acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s all just part of the day. We’ve been in this part of Ahmedabad for a while and plan to stay because we like the community here. There is always someone new to meet or a different project to discuss over a quick cup of coffee.
