Kariya Builders Private Limited

Kariya Builders Private Limited is sitting right at B-50 in the Shriji Estate. We are located at the GIDC Corner which is very close to the National Highway 8. This is in the Naroda area of Ahmedabad, pin code 382330. It is a very loud and active place because of all the trucks moving on the highway. You can hear the horns all day long while we are trying to work. Shriji Estate is full of different businesses, so there is always someone moving something around. Our office is a basic unit where we keep all the project files and meet with the contractors. It gets quite dusty because of the industrial setting, but that is just how Naroda is. We have a small pantry where we make coffee. The space is functional and mostly filled with blueprints and some old furniture we have had for years. It is convenient being near the GIDC because most of our suppliers are just a short drive away. We don't really have a decorative interior. It is just walls and desks. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating deliveries. It is a tough area to work in because of the heat and the noise, but it works for a building company. We have been at this corner for a long time and know most of the other shop owners nearby. The local snack shop makes great samosas, which we often have for lunch when we are too busy to go home.
