Usually, you just walk in and one of us will be there at a desk. We spend our days dealing with orders and talking to people in the trade. It’s a very hands-on environment. Sometimes the stairs are a bit dusty, and the hallway is narrow, but we don't mind. It’s a good spot for a business like ours because everything is so close.
