Our office is tucked away at 344/17/4 in the Gangadin Catar Modi Ki Chal area of Maninagar. It’s a very local spot, and if you aren't from around here, you might miss the turn. We’ve been based in this part of Maninagar for years. The building is older, but it serves us well enough for what we need. We do infrastructure work, mostly focus on the practical side of things. There’s always a lot of paperwork to deal with, but we’d rather be out on a site with the crew. Sometimes the tea stall down the street is where we end up having our meetings. It’s more comfortable than sitting in a cramped office when the fan is broken. We don't pretend to be some giant international firm. We are just local guys who know how to build. The space is a bit cluttered with samples of stone and cement, but we know where everything is. We take the bus or ride our bikes to get around most of the time. Working in the chal means you know your neighbors well. There is always a bit of noise from the street, but you get used to it. We just keep working away at our projects, trying to do a solid job without any shortcuts. It is hard work, but we are used to it and it keeps the lights on. We take pride in just getting it finished.
