KAIRA INFRA (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Kaira Infra (OPC) Private Limited is our little operation over in the Althan area. We are up on the 4th floor of the Raj Rec-A building, right near Soham Circle. It’s a decent spot in Surat, though the parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes if you arrive at the wrong hour. Since we are an OPC, it’s a pretty small team, mainly just me and a couple of helpers keeping things running. We focus on infrastructure projects that come our way. Most of the time, I'm out of the office checking on sites, so the desk at B-404 stays empty quite a bit. It’s not a huge corporate office with a receptionist and all that. It’s more of a home base where the bills get paid and the planning happens. We’ve been around this part of Althan for a while now and seen the neighborhood change quite a bit with all the new buildings. Our work is pretty straightforward. We take a look at what needs to be built or fixed and we figure out a way to get it done without too much fuss. We don't use big words or make promises we can't keep. If a project is tough, we say it's tough. Dealing with construction and infra in a city like Surat means dealing with heat and rain and everything in between. We just try to stay consistent and do a decent job for the people who hire us.
