K N Builders Llp

We’re located in Shyam Arcade, which is on the road near Vrundavan Party Plot in Nikol. K N Builders Llp has our office at D 305/306, right across from the Gangotri Bunglows. It’s a nice area and we’ve been here for a bit now. As builders, we spend most of our time dealing with the practical side of construction. Our office is where we do all the scheduling and meet with people to talk about plans. It’s not a corporate place. We have our files, some coffee, and usually a few sets of blueprints rolled up in the corner. We don’t really do big advertisements. Most of our work comes from people seeing what we’ve built nearby. Nikol is growing fast, so there is always something going on. We handle a lot of the small details that people don't usually see, like permits and coordinating with the electricians and plumbers. It can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we’re used to it. We just show up every morning and get through the list of things to do. We like being in this part of town because it’s easy for our workers to find us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do decent work and keep things moving. It’s a simple operation and we like it that way.
