We are up on the 5th floor of the Pinnacle Business Park, which is right on Corporate Road in Prahladnagar. Being in unit 501 gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is always packed with cars and people going to work. Prahladnagar is the kind of place where everything is moving fast, and we are right in the middle of it. Our office is pretty much what you would expect from a business park—white walls and functional desks. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking to people about our food business. It can get a bit loud in the halls when the other offices are busy, but we just keep our door shut and focus on the work. The elevator is usually a bit of a wait, especially during the lunch hour when everyone is heading out to the local food stalls. We have a small corner where we keep our tea kettle and some biscuits for when we need a break. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we do. We have been at this address in Ahmedabad for a while now. Most of our day is spent making sure the orders are right and the logistics are moving along. It’s a lot of mundane tasks that keep the whole thing running, and we are okay with that.
