Our office for Jj Infra Real India Private Limited is situated out on Vavta Road in the Lambha area. We are in the Om Shanti Goldp building, specifically unit 701-A. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the center of town but it works for what we do. The area near On Shanti Nagar-2 has grown a lot lately. We deal with various infrastructure and real estate things from this seventh-floor spot. It’s a practical workspace without much fluff. We have several people coming in and out most days to check on site details. The address looks long on paper but once you are on Vavta Road, the landmarks make sense. We just get on with the business of building and managing things. There isn't a big story here, just a group of people working together to handle the daily grind of the industry. Sometimes we stay late when a project is moving fast, but mostly we stick to the usual hours. The view from the top is okay, though we are usually too busy to look out the window. We’ve set things up so we can focus on the paperwork and meetings that keep the business going. If you end up near TPS-58, you are pretty much there. It’s a decent place to be based out of for the work we do.
