Our office for Jinganga G B Developers LLP is in a slightly unusual spot. We are in the basement store of Madhupuri Radiance. It’s located in the Shushruti Hospital lane, near the Mahalaxmi 5 Road in the Paldi area. Being in a basement means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is nice for us. But we don't get much sunlight, so we have to keep the lights on all day. The lane by the hospital is usually quiet, except for the occasional ambulance or people walking to the clinic. We have been working out of this Paldi location for some time now. It’s a bit of a maze to find us if you don’t know the survey number 97/1/2B. We deal with property development, so there are always stacks of tiles or wood samples sitting in the corners of the room. It’s a practical space. We don't have fancy leather chairs or glass walls. It’s just a place to get work done and meet with contractors. Sometimes the neighbors from the apartments above come down to say hello or ask for a favor. We are just local people trying to build things in the neighborhood. It gets a bit damp when it rains heavily, but we have some pallets to keep the files off the floor. We aren't a big corporation, just a small team working out of a basement in Ahmedabad.
