Jerrygo Properties Llp is based out of the Ridhi Sidhi Complex in Dholera village, which is part of the Dhandhuka taluka. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here from the city, but we like being where the actual work is happening. The office is a simple room in the complex where we keep our files and meet with people. Dholera is an interesting place with a lot of potential, and we have been watching it change over the years. We handle property and development matters for the local area. We don't have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. It's just a few of us who know the land and the local rules. Some days we spend more time out in the fields than we do in the office. The sun can be pretty brutal, so we usually have a lot of water and hats in the back of the truck. We don't use a lot of marketing talk because we think it's better to just show people the property. If there is a problem with a boundary or a permit, we just go and talk to the people involved until it gets sorted out. It's a slow process sometimes, but that is how it works here.
