Our shop is number 4 on Plot 568 in Ward 5A. We are right in Adipur, which is part of the Gandhidham taluka in Kachchh. Being in this part of Gujarat means we are used to the salt in the air and the heavy trucks moving through the streets. JDCM INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED is a small operation. We don't have fancy furniture or a board of directors in suits. It’s usually just a couple of us at the desks and a few more out in the field. We handle construction and infra projects, which mostly involves a lot of coordination and making sure the right people are in the right places. It’s not always easy. Sometimes the logistics in Kachchh can be a bit tricky with the distances involved. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just tell you what we can do and when we think it’ll be done. Most of our days are spent on the phone or looking at site photos. We’ve lived here for a long time, so we know the local vendors and the way the weather affects the work. We aren't trying to change the world. We are just trying to build things that stay standing and do our part in the community. It’s a simple life, but it keeps us busy and we like the honest nature of the trade.
