We’ve been over here at plot 353 in GIDC Pandesara for quite a while now. Running a place like Jaincotex Mills Private Limited takes a lot of time and effort every single day. Most mornings start early because there is always something that needs fixing or checking on the floor. Surat is a busy city, and being in the industrial area means there is always noise and movement around us. We just focus on getting the work done. It’s not fancy work, but it keeps us busy. Some of the guys have been with us for years. We know each other's families and how everyone likes their tea. Sometimes the machines act up or the power goes out, which is just how things go around here. You just deal with it and move on to the next task. Our spot in Pandesara isn't hard to find if you know the area well. We don't spend much time sitting in the office talking about big plans. Mostly, we are out where the actual work happens. It’s dusty and loud, but that’s the way it’s always been. We like the routine of it. Every day feels a bit different even if the job stays the same. We just keep our heads down and try to do things right. It's a living for all of us. People come and go, but the mill stays right where it is. That's about all there is to say about us.
