We are located at Plot No. A-21 in Steel Town, which is in the Moraiya area of Changodar. Being behind Jyoti Powers means we are right in the heart of an industrial zone. It’s a place where work actually happens, so there is always the sound of machines or the smell of metal in the air. This office is more like a workshop annex than a typical corporate suite. It’s a sturdy building designed to handle the dust and heat of the industrial surroundings. A few desks handle the accounts and the logistics, but most of the energy is spent out on the floor or at the construction sites. Changodar is a tough place to work sometimes because of the heavy traffic and the grit, but it’s where the action is. Decorations on the walls are non-existent, replaced by maps of the local area and a whiteboard with a list of tasks for the week. The chairs are mismatched, and the floor is concrete, but it’s an honest place to do business. We usually eat lunch together at a small dhaba nearby that serves the local workers. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what the team knows. The focus stays on getting the builds right and making sure the supplies arrive on time. It’s a busy, noisy, and productive environment that suits the way we operate just fine. We don't need anything more than this to get things done.
