You can find us over on Subhash Road at the Shivalik Gold Apartment building. We’re up on the first floor in unit 42. J J Developers & Realestate Limited Liability Partnership is a bit of a long name for what we are, which is basically a small team handling local property and development stuff. It’s not a high-rise office or anything like that, just a regular place where we keep our files and meet people. Subhash Road is a good spot to be, even if parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We’ve been around this part of the neighborhood long enough to know how things work. Usually, there’s a lot of tea drinking and looking at maps of the local area. We don't do the big sales pitches you might see in the city center. It’s more about being practical and helping people find what they need. The office is pretty quiet most of the time, unless we have a few folks stopping by at once. We handle real estate matters because that’s what we know. It’s a job that keeps us busy, and being in Shivalik Gold feels like home to us now. We’ve got some desks, a few chairs, and plenty of paperwork to get through every week. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing our bit in the local property market here. We like the work we do and we keep our heads down.
