INDUSARMOUR PROBUILD TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is located out in Bopal, specifically at 194 Neelkanth Villa. Bopal has changed a lot over the years, moving from a quiet village area to a busy part of the city, but we are still officially in the Daskroi taluka. Our setup is in a villa, so it doesn’t feel like a cold corporate office at all. It feels more like a house where people happen to work on building technologies. We deal with a lot of construction-related things, looking at how to make building processes better or stronger. The surroundings are a bit quieter than the city center, which helps when we need to think. We have our files and equipment spread out in the different rooms of the villa. Sometimes we sit out in the open area to discuss things if the weather is okay. It’s a very straightforward way of working. There are no fancy lobbies or elevator music here. Just a gate, a door, and people working on tech for the building industry. We know the neighbors and the local shops in Bopal quite well. It’s a good spot for us because we have enough space to handle our projects without being squeezed into a tiny high-rise office. We just focus on the probuild side of things and keep our operations running smoothly from Neelkanth Villa. It’s a simple, practical life for us here in Ahmedabad. We just take one project at a time and do it right.
