IKSHVAKU BUILDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is based at 2, Vrundavan Bunglows in Naroda. It’s a residential neighborhood, which makes it a very calm place to work. We are a private buildtech company. Instead of a big office building, we operate out of this bungalow. It’s got a small garden out front that we try to keep tidy. Inside, we’ve turned the rooms into offices. We have our blueprints spread out on big tables and our computers in the corners. Naroda is an older part of the city, and we really like the atmosphere here. It’s not as rushed as the city center. We spend our time looking at construction technology and how to apply it. The team is small, just a few of us who have worked together for years. We usually have lunch together and talk about the current projects. We don't have any big mission statements or corporate slogans. We just want to do good work in the buildtech field. Sometimes people are surprised to find a business in a bungalow, but it suits us. It’s a very personal way to work. We know all the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. The work can be challenging, but being in a comfortable environment helps. We just keep things simple and focus on the technical side of the building industry. It’s a good way to live and work. We are just regular people doing buildtech.
