Homehunter Property Services Private Limited

We are over here at C/2 Parimal Apartments. It’s right near the Rajnagar Club in Ambawadi. If you know Ahmedabad, you know this part of town gets quite busy during the day. We’ve been working out of this office for a while now, handling all sorts of property things under the name Homehunter Property Services Private Limited. It’s mostly just us answering phones, checking on sites, and making sure the paperwork for apartments and houses is in order. Some days are slower than others. In the summer, the heat in Ahmedabad is really something, so we try to get most of our field visits done early in the morning before it gets too bright outside. Our office isn’t anything fancy, just a practical space where we can sit down and talk to people who come in. We deal with a lot of local folks from around the neighborhood. Sometimes the traffic near the club is a bit of a headache, but we’re used to it by now. We don't really do big speeches or fancy ads. We just show up, do the work, and help people find what they are looking for in the city. It’s a lot of running around, honestly. Most of the time, someone is out looking at a flat while someone else stays back at the desk. That’s just how it goes here. We’re just local people doing our jobs in this corner of Gujarat. It's not a flashy life, but it keeps us busy enough.
