Hindva Developers Llp is situated over in Nikol, right by the Vrundavan Party Plot. If you know the area, we are near the Gangotri Bungalows, which is a fairly quiet part of town compared to the main city center. Our specific spot is on Survey Number 495/3, Plot Number 135/3, which sounds a bit complicated on paper but it is easy enough to find once you are in the neighborhood. We are right opposite the main road there. Most of our day involves people coming in and out, usually with dust on their boots from the various sites we are looking at. The office is a practical space where we keep all our records and site maps. It is not the kind of place you would find in a glossy magazine, but it works for what we need. We have a lot of files and old ledgers stacked up because there is always a lot of paperwork with land and development. Outside, you can hear the sounds of the local traffic and the occasional event happening at the party plot next door. We have been in this part of Ahmedabad for a while and have seen how much Nikol has changed over the years. It is a growing area and we are just one part of that. We keep a pot of tea going for anyone who drops by to discuss the day's work and check on progress.
